Brainspotting (BSP): Dr. Wollin is trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1 and 2), a focused-mindfulness therapy that locates points in your visual field to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. It is based on the theory that brain activity, especially in the subcortical brain, organizes itself around an eye position - that “Where you look affects how you feel.” To find out more about BSP:

Safe and Sound Protocol:
Dr. Wollin is a provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, the SSP is an auditory intervention involving a total of 5 hours of listening, designed to reduce stress and auditory sensitivity while enhancing social engagement and resilience. Based on Dr. Porges' Polyvagal Theory, by calming the physiological and emotional state, the door is opened for improved communication and more successful therapy.

The SSP is a research-based therapy which aims to improve the following issues:
- Social and emotional difficulties
- Auditory sensitivities
- Anxiety and trauma-related challenges
- Inattention that is linked to anxiety
- Stressors that impact social engagement
